What is the BASIC information should be provided before purchasing an elevator?
For Elevator:
1).What’s the shaft size (shaft width x shaft depth)?
2).How many floors does the elevator travel?
3).Shaft overhead and depth?
4).It is MR or MRL (Is there a machine room on top of the shaft?)
5).What’s the speed?
For Escalator or Moving sidewalk:
Traveling height ,incline degree,step width,indoor or outdoor
When we have these parameters ,our engineer can make drawing to you in the same day.
What's your delivery time?
Normally 20 working days after signing the contract and receiving the deposit.
If the project is urgent, 15 working days can finish.
What’s the main parts use for your elevator?
Standard traction machine we use Mona drive ,Door operator use Ningbo Ouling,
Safety gear and speed limiter use AODEPU ,lignt curtain use WECO.Control system use Monarch or Step.
What’s your warranty period?
18 months since the elevator start running after installation, but totally less than 24 months after delivery.
Do you have certifications of your elevator products?
Yes ,we have ISO9001 ,CE .And We also have EAC certificates for export to Russia and Kazakhstan these countries.
We can also make certificates and certificates of original according to the customs clearance policies of different countries. Like COC ,Form E.
How about your elevator after service?
For parts issue :We provide 18months guarantee period, If any parts are damaged due to quality problems within 18 months after the date of the B / L, we will send a new elevator parts replacement after confirmation.And all our parts is famous so can easy find in local market.
For Technical issues:our system is Monarch 3000+ ,it is very mature and easy to operator ,our engineers will creat group with your engineers , so when you meet any issues during installation elevators,Our engineers will help you solve the problem quickly.
Can you produce the elevators labeled with the client' s brand?
Yes ,we can OEM your logo on cop.
What size container is needed load for the elevator？
Normllay 450kg-630kg 7 floors ,we use 1x20’ can load 2 units.
For 3-4 units ,need 1 x 40’.
It’s see the elevator load and floors and specific specifications.
